Winning Streak Snapped With 87-80 Loss at Viterbo University - Jaguars Now 5-5, 1-1 CCAC - Next at St. Xavier Dec. 7
The V-Hawks of Viterbo snapped a five-game skid and won at home Tuesday night 87-80 to break GSU's four-game winning streak.
Javon Johnson led GovState in scoring with 21 points and three other Jaguars scored in double figures, Vincent Davis 13 points and a team-high 7 rebounds,
Tyrell Isom 11 points and Isaiah Tolbert 10 points, 6 assists. Both teams shot over 50% from the field (GSU was 29-55, 52.7 %) but shot only 14-23 (60%) from the free throw line.
GSU next plays at St. Xavier, Saturday, December 7 at 3 p.m. - next home at the ARC is Saturday, December 14, 3 PM vs. Judson University.
