Men's Golf Hosts GovState Fall Tune-Up Tournament - Jaguars 2nd - GSU Places 5th of 20 Teams Friday
A busy, successful first week of the 2025 season for GovState men's golf ended Friday, Sept. 5 - with GSU placing T5th out of 20 teams competing in the Judson University Fall Tournament at Randall Oaks Golf Course.
Men's Golf Hosts GovState Fall Tune-Up Tournament at University Park Golf Course - Jaguars Finish 2nd in team competition - Taylor 2nd in Individual -Fires 72 - (Sept. 4 Season Opener)

Taylor led GSU in scoring firing an even-par 72 to finish second overall and make the all-tournament team, top five individual finishers.
The Jaguars finished second in the team championship to winner Judson University and medalist Riley Coakley - who carded a 1-under 71, on the par 72, 6757 yard University Park course.
Others scores for the Jaguars included Ryan Fontaine 75, Juan Rodriguez 75, Julio Roman 75 and Louis Wappler 85.
