Da'Naria Washington Signs National Letter of Intent to Governors State University in 2023-2024, Trinity International Leading Scorer Transfers To GSU

UNIVERSITY PARK, IL - GSU Head Women's Basketball Coach Tonishea Mack announced that Da'Naria Washington (Indianapolis, IN, Lawrence Central HS, Trinity International) has signed a National Letter of Intent to Governors State University in 2023-2024.

Washington, a 5-9 junior guard, was Trinity International's top scorer in 2022-2023 with an 11.4 scoring average, 6.3 rebounds, 4.8 assists in 20 games for the Trojans.

"We are lucky to get a talent like D to transfer in. I have played against her for two years and appreciated her natural athletic skill set. She will bring in additional scoring that we will need. We are excited to add her to our program. It will be fun to watch her play with this group", GSU Head Coach Tonishea Mack said about Da'Naria Washington.
