JAGUARS VOLLEYBALL OPEN FALL SEASON PRACTICES AUGUST 1, ROSTER WITH 10 NEW PLAYERS, SCHEDULE ALL SET FOR AUGUST 18 OPENER
Coach Gonzalez looks forward to the start of practices this week with the ten new players and seven returning veterans.
"This is our biggest recruiting class. We will try to identify which athletes fit the starting positions. All athletes will be given playing time. It's very hard trying to jump right into another team and excel. It will take time to get used to our philosophy and training methods. Our returning athletes will also play an important role during this time. This will be their opportunity to guide the new recruits and help them navigate the college sports arena: from time management, study habits, practices and matches. As it is very different from high school. They have the experience that will be beneficial to the new recruits." said Coach Gonzalez.
