CHRIS SACAYON SIGNS GSU TRACK and CROSS COUNTRY NATIONAL LETTER OF INTENT

UNIVERSITY PARK, IL - GSU Men's Head Cross Country and Track Coach John Niendorf announced the signing of Chris Sacayon (Dupo, Illinois, Dupo High School) to a National Letter of Intent to attend Governor State University in 2023-2024 and run cross country and track for the Jaguars.

"We are so proud of Chris for choosing GSU to continue his academic and athletic career. He has worked so hard to get to this point and we couldn't be more excited for him. Chris is new to the running scene, and he has already made great progress with Coach Mendoza in her short time with him. It will be exciting to see how much Chris is able to develop both as a runner and a student over his future years here," said GSU Head Coach John Niendorf on his newest Jaguar for 2023-2024.
