Javon Johnson led the Jaguars with 20 points 6 assists and three others scored in double figures - Isaiah Tolbert 12 points, 8 assists.
Vincent Mayes had 12 points 5 rebounds and Trae Warren scored 11 points, hitting 3-5 three-pointers for the winners.
Governors State came back from a 40-33 halftime deficit and out-scored the Titans 45-35 in the second half. The Jaguars shot (16-26 FGs), for a season-high 61.5% in the second half for the win.
