GSU SUFFERS ROAD LOSS AGAINST ST. AMBROSE

DAVENPORT, IA—Governors State dropped a three-set home match to St. Ambrose at the Lee Lohman Arena. The sets were 25-18, 25-13, and 25-22 in favor of the Fighting Bees, who are currently sitting in third place in the Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference.

St. Ambrose finished with a 42-26 advantage in kills as Dunja Tatic led GSU (4-13, 0-10) with 13 kills and teammate Ivana Novakovic finishing with six kills and a team-high seven digs.

Meredith Siebers registered 11 kills for St. Ambrose and Hannah Sondag with a game-high 8 sigs.

Next up for Governors State are the Cardinal Stritch Wolves on Tuesday, October 18th at 7:00 P.M. CT in the ARC.
