Waterloo, IA. – The GovState Women's Bowling Varsity team finished 4th in the Cedar Valley Invite (based on Win-Loss record) and 8th place (in total pin fall)
TOURNAMENT FORMAT: The one day event consisted of 3 traditional games and 12 baker games. Each game the teams faced a different team for a head to head match. The tournament champion was determined by highest win-loss record, ties were broken by total pin fall.

VARSITY HIGHLIGHTS: The Jaguars were led by Sophomore, Jenna Ritchie, with a score of 611, averaging 203.67. Coming in after game 1 highlighted Junior, Kahlen Ranson firing 435 for 2 games, averaging 217.5.
WOMEN'S RESULTS: At the conclusion of the individual and Baker games, GovState Varsity finished with a 4.5–1 record and a total pinfall of 4,929.
Tournament rules determined final placement by winning record, with pinfall used as the tiebreaker. Under this format, GovState Varsity finished 4th overall.
Using the USBC Power Ranking Point System, which ranks teams strictly by total pinfall, GovState Varsity finished 8th.
