GSU WOMEN'S BASKETBALL SIGNS TRINITY INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER LOUISA SCHMIDT FOR 2023-2024 - Coach Tmack's First International Player With the Jaguars

UNIVERSITY PARK, IL - GSU Head Women's Basketball Coach Tonishea Mack announced the signing to a National Letter of Intent of Trinity International University transfer Louisa Schmidt for the upcoming 2023-2024 season.

"Louisa is my very first international WBB during my time at GSU. I am extremely happy to have her. She is a hard worker and has a high IQ for the game. She picks up things very quickly and her teammates already love her. She is a great addition to our program, having another post player that can extend to the three point is always beneficial. I am excited to coach her," said Coach Tmack.

Two-time  NAIA, CCAC Scholar-Athlete at Trinity (2020-21, 2021-22)

College career-game scoring highs: 13 points, 11 rebounds at Trinity International

Played youth tennis in Germany, ages 5-13
